• LOTH has just set up a new Grievance Committee where you can send your grievances to, should a problem arise between you and another LOTH member. It is asked that you send your grievances STRICTLY TO the new email address set up for this purpose, and DO NOT place grievances on the message board. For more information on the new Grievance Committee, please consult the Tidbits Newsletter dated 10/3/97, or check on the LOTH Message Board, as it was also posted there. • I wanted to give you a great update on my friends daughter Anne. I also would like to thank all the wonderful ladies for all of their support and prayers! This is a note I got from Anne's father yesterday. Bonnie
  "Anne is now in remission with a 98% possibility of not getting the cancer back. She has what is called "Lesser Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia" which my understanding is very few children about 10% who develop Leukemia get this one which of course is the best one to get if your going to get it. My emotions through all this has been to say the least confusing. One day you think that your child will die and then it is all turned around with outmost happiness with news like this. I have always considered myself close to my family but spending these days especially with Anne day in and day out, I have become even more closer to her then before as she is truly, a remarkable child as I believe all children are very special in their own way. How wonderful to be so innocent and loving as they are."

• I have a site designed specifically for WOMEN, but the whole family can enjoy it. It's full of safe, fun, educational sites for those who don't have time to search for them all. I have oldies music to download, TONS OF GRAPHICS (which is my most popular section), health and medical, cooking, gardening, bed & breakfast, fantasy (angels and fairies), Kidstuff with tons of sites for kids and homework help etc. and lots more. • I am part of a prayer circle with my church, Unity Church for Today, in the Seattle area. I wanted to let all of you know (if you didn't already) about Silent Unity and the wonderful prayer work that goes on there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their phone number is (816) 246-5400.
